You may contact us at enquiries@hopespace.sg to request for an enquiry. A booking is only confirmed upon signing of quotation and payment of a 30% deposit.
We accept payments via cheque or bank transfer.
The basic package for each booking will be included and stated in the official quotation. Should you require additional items (subject to availability), extra costs may be incurred.
No, cancellations and/or refunds are not allowed once booking is confirmed.
If postponement is requested more than 60 days before event date, postponement is allowed without additional charges. If postponement is requested within 60 days of event date, postponement is strictly not allowed.
Every booking includes a complimentary 1-hr setup before event, and 1-hr teardown after event. There may be additional charges should you require more time to setup.
As it is a public carpark, parking spaces are subject to availability.
No, we do not. Clients are required to engage their own catering vendors if needed. We do not have any restrictions on caterers (no open-fire cooking allowed).
Yes, you may decorate the space with self-standing decorations. To prevent any damages to the wall surfaces, please do not use any forms of adhesives, wires, or nails.
No, smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes of any kind are strictly prohibited in the premises.
